iNotebot is a personal notebook app developed by Md Sala Uddin in Bangladesh. This policy covers the Android app and the informational website at the iNotebot domain once it is active.
Android app
The app does not require an account. The current app build contains no advertising or analytics SDK and requests no Internet permission. iNotebot does not send your notes or event content to iNotebot servers.
Information kept on your device
The app stores the notebooks, note text, drawings, tags, event details, dates and reminder choices you create in its local database. Your items remain on the device until you delete them, clear the app data or uninstall iNotebot.
Android cloud backup is disabled for this app data. Android device-to-device transfer is enabled, and whether or how data transfers is controlled by Android and your device manufacturer.
Voice notes and speech recognition
Audio recordings are saved in iNotebot's private storage on this device. iNotebot does not upload those recordings. You can delete a voice note in the app; clearing app data or uninstalling the app also removes its private recordings.
If you choose Dictate text, Android opens the speech recognition service installed on your device. That service receives the audio needed to recognize your speech and may process it under its own privacy terms, including through its own network connection. iNotebot receives and saves the recognized text.
This website
This website does not provide an account or a contact form. It does not use advertising or analytics services, and it has no embedded third-party widgets. The site may use an essential session cookie to serve requests; it is not used for advertising or cross-site tracking.
Requests to this website are routed through Cloudflare before reaching the web server. Cloudflare and the web hosting provider may process technical request information, such as an IP address, requested page, request time and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Infrastructure log retention depends on each provider's service and account configuration; the developer does not control those retention periods.
If you contact the developer by email or phone, your email provider or telephone carrier processes that communication. The developer uses the information you choose to send to respond to your request.
Your choices and deletion
You can view and delete app content in iNotebot. Clearing app data or uninstalling the app removes content stored in its private app storage. Keep any separate copy you need before deleting or uninstalling; Android device-to-device transfer is managed by Android and the device manufacturer.
